This return policy for Payless Magnets, Inc. will notify you of the following:
1. Product warranty, guarantees and refunds.
2. Products returns.
3. How to make returns.
4. How to cancel a transaction and associated fees.
Payless Magnets warrants to the original purchaser that the product/s purchased from us are free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In event of a warranty claim, Payless Magnets reserves the right to either re-manufacture your order or issue a refund.
The product/s are designed and manufactured for the sole purpose as custom magnets. This warranty does not apply if the product is damaged by misuse, accident, abuse, improper handling or shipping damage.
This warranty does not cover any liability whatsoever for consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
This warranty is valid only in the United States of America.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long any implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Where we have provided an actual magnet proof at your request, we guarantee that the colors on the order will match that proof. If the colors do not match, Payless Magnets reserves the right to either re-manufacture the order or issue a refund.
Product returns can be made if they fall under the above warranty and guarantee sections. Because our products are custom manufactured and not stock items, we are not in a position to accept returns, as we are unable to re-sell them.

Cancel A Transaction
Orders may be cancelled if they have not already gone into production. Administration and any other costs incurred will be charged accordingly.
