What quality are your magnets?

High quality. We use only the best materials in our state of the art manufacturing process. Because we believe in the quality of our magnets, we have a product warranty in place that ensures the quality of our magnets. Not satisfied? See what our customers have to say on Google's reviews. If you still have doubts, then contact us for a sample, we'll be glad to mail you one.

 

How long will it take before I receive my magnets?

This depends on production time, your shipping location and your rush options if you chose any. Production time is normally 2-4 business days and rush production can be the same day the order is placed. Regular shipping is via UPS ground from Florida. Expedited shipping via air (as part of our rush options) can be as soon as next day early AM.

 

Do you charge for artwork design?

NO! Artwork design is FREE with your order.

 

Do you have a setup fee?

NO! We do not have a setup fee and we don't have any hidden charges either.

 

How will I see a proof?

You will receive an Adobe Acrobat PDF file via email.

 

How long will it take before I receive a proof?

You will receive an email proof within 1 business day.

 

How do I pay for my order?

You have the option of paying online when you place your order or you can pay after you have approved your artwork proof, we will call you (or you can call us) for payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and checks.
