Why Us?
Custom Printed Refrigerator Magnets are an extremely effective form of advertising. They are an investment, not an expense. High quality magnets are kept on the refrigerator for a long time, making your investment last for years. Inferior magnets only end up in the trash. So why our magnets? The answer is simple and can be summed up in one word. Quality!
Important – Buyer’s Attention! We have included some important information below (in gray) to help you look out for magnet suppliers who use scams and untruths to get you to buy from them. So read on and find out what they don’t want you to know.
If you’re not sure about the quality of the magnet, get an actual sample. We’ll be more than happy to mail you one. Remember! The proof is in the pudding!
• Our magnets are strong. They are 30 mil thick (the black, magnetic portion of the magnet is 20 mil thick). Our business card size magnets can hold up to five 20 lb sheets of paper to the refrigerator. This means you can easily hold up important notes, articles, children’s art etc.
- Be aware of companies that don’t tell you what the thickness of the magnetic portion of the magnets are. Some companies will tell you they don’t exactly know, to avoid the truth.
- Some companies will tell you their magnets are thick (30 or 40 mil) but fail to tell you that the thick portion is actually card stock and not the black magnetic material itself. They do this to cut costs as the magnetic material is by far the most expensive part of the magnet. Using card stock causes the edges of the magnet to fray and because card stock is rigid, it causes the edges of the magnet to lift away from the refrigerator. Magnets with thin magnetic material are weaker and are more likely to be thrown away as they are incapable of holding anything up on the refrigerator, let alone themselves.
- Some companies will even claim that their thinner magnetic material is stronger than other magnets with thicker magnetic material. This simply is not true. A thicker magnetic material has more ferrite in it. Magnetized ferrite is what makes the magnetic material magnetic. Therfore, a thicker magnetic material is stronger than a thinner magnetic material. Here’s an example:- a 20 mil (thicker magnetic portion) has a magnetic pull of 60 lbs. per sq. ft. versus a 12 mil (thinner magnetic portion) which only has a magnetic pull of 30 lbs. per sq. ft.
• A UV nylon gloss lamination on our magnets provides protection against constant handling and household cleaning agents. It can be written on with a permanant marker and then wiped off with solvent without damaging the print, ensuring they last for years.
- There are companies out there selling fridge magnets without any lamination. Avoid these magnets as they can become easily damaged by handling, water or cleaning agents.
- Look out for magnets that have a clear gloss ink overlay instead of a hardy nylon gloss lamination. A magnet with an ink overlay can easily get scuffed. The ink overlay can also be removed by common cleaning agents exposing the print.
• Our magnets are full color – at no extra cost. We use a full color printing process that delivers crisp and clean, high resolution images from full color graphics to high resolution photos.
- There are companies that charge extra for additional colors.
- Some companies use ink jet printing directly on vinyl. This is a low resolution printing method which causes the ink to run, resulting in image blur. Printing directly on vinyl is used for car magnets where resolution is of lesser importance as they are seen from a distance.
• We are a full member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Our reputation is outstanding. With us you can count on honesty and integrity. Click on the BBB logo at the top of this page to see our credentials with the BBB.

If there is no link, it’s fraudulent. Make sure the web site is definately the BBB website and not a pseudo website.
- Some companies will also display the logo even though their membership has been discontinued for failure to follow regulations.
• Quick turn-around time! Our normal production time is much quicker than many other companies out there. In addition, we are able to offer an even quicker turn-around time with our many rush options.
- Many companies charge outrageous prices for their rush options, if they have any.
• Product warranty and guarantees! To ensure peace of mind, we have a product warranty and product guarantees in place that protect you as a consumer.
- Please make sure the company you are buying from has a product warranty and product guarantees that are clearly defined on their website or otherwise in writing.
• Our advertized prices are the actual prices you pay.
- Watch out for companies that add on charges for scans; charges to download artwork; additional proof charges; setup and artwork charges; color matching; gloss coating charges etc.
• The magnet sizes we advertize are the actual sizes (in inches). A business card for example is exactly 2” x 3 1/2”. Our business card magnets are exactly 2“ x 3 1/2”.
- There are companies that advertise their sizes in inches but with further investigation you will find their sizes are either in the metric system or smaller than the actual size quoted.
• We are the actual manufacturer. Avoid costly markups or unneccesary time delays. With us, “the buck stops here”!
- Many companies claim that they are the manufacturers when in fact they are not. A dead giveaway is a different manufacturing location to the office location.
• All our magnets are manufactured on our premises, right here in the USA. Money made here, stays here!
- Beware of companies that manufacture their magnets outside the USA. These companies fail to tell you that when your shipment arrives, you will be responsible for customs duties and taxes etc.
• All our magnets are die-cut after the magnetic sheets are applied to the printed stock, which means you can have “bleed edge” (up to the edge printing) with crisp and clean edges (no overhang).
- Some companies do not offer “bleed edge”. You may get an unpleasant surprise finding a white border around your entire magnet which you did not expect.
• We have been in business since 2001. Our experience has made us an industry leader.
- There are third party companies who delve in the magnet business. These “fly-by night” companies are here today, gone tomorrow. You can verify this information with the relevant Secretary of State.
