To help speed up the order process, please include the following in your email:
• Magnet shape, size and quantity required (minimum 125 pieces).
• Artwork instructions and files (if you have files) such as logos, photos, finished artwork etc.
• Contact number (optional) to avoid delays in proofing time.
• EXISTING CUSTOMER? Please state if you are an existing customer and whether or not this is a re-order of existing artwork. If there are changes to existing artwork or if you have new artwork, please remember to include artwork instructions and files (if you have files) such as logos, photos, finished artwork etc.
Additional Info:
Artwork files that are too large to be emailed can me mailed on disk. We also accept mailed hardcopy or faxed artwork.
You will receive an email proof within 24 hours (may be slightly delayed during busy times, weekends or holidays). We also offer actual magnet proofs via regular mail for a small charge.
**IMPORTANT!** If you have emailed your order and have not received an email proof within 24 hours, please contact us at 1-866-345-2221 to confirm that we received your email.
After you approve the proof, we will call you (if we have your contact number) otherwise you can call us, for shipping and payment info. After payment, we will email you an invoice receipt for your records. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may also pay by check.

Please Note:
Artwork is free with your order and includes a reasonable, half hour of design time. In rare situations where complex artwork exceeds this time, a small artwork fee is charged per half hour. Before we commence with artwork, customers are notified if additional artwork is required.
