Return Policy
This return policy for Payless Magnets, Inc. will notify you of the following:
1. Product warranty, guarantees and refunds.
2. Products returns.
3. How to make returns.
4. How to cancel a transaction and associated fees.
Warranty
Payless Magnets warrants to the original purchaser that the product/s purchased from us are free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In event of a warranty claim, Payless Magnets reserves the right to either re-manufacture your order or issue a refund.
The product/s are designed and manufactured for the sole purpose as custom printed refrigerator magnets. This warranty does not apply if the product is damaged by misuse, accident, abuse, outdoor use, improper handling, commercial use or shipping damage. Although water and solvents may be used on the products to clean or remove marks, stains, temporary or permanent marker ink (see our “Using Your Magnets” page for details), this warranty does not apply if damage is caused to the product by the use of these.
This warranty does not cover any liability whatsoever for consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
This warranty is valid only in the United States of America.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long any implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Guarantees
1. Rush Production Guarantee
We offer 1, 2 and 3 business day, rush production options, guaranteed on time. If you pay for a rush option and we are unable to complete your order in the stipulated time frame due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the rush order charge only and not the remainder of the order. Should your order be delayed by shipping, we will not refund your order as we cannot be held liable for shipping delays that are out of our control, however we will make every effort to collect a shipping refund on your behalf from the shipping company.
2. Color Guarantee
We guarantee 4 color CMYK process colors using the PANTONE® color bridge™ on coated stock. If your artwork contains colors from the PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM®, the colors must be specified in writing (not only in the artwork file itself), and the colors must fall within the colors of the PANTONE® color bridge™ on coated stock to validate the guarantee. If you requested guaranteed colors using the PANTONE® color bridge™ on coated stock and the colors on your ordered product/s do not match with the PANTONE® color bridge™ on coated stock, Payless Magnets reserves the right to either re-manufacture your order or issue a refund.
Product Returns
Product returns can be made if they fall under the above warranty and guarantee sections. Due to the fact that custom printed refrigerator magnets are custom manufactured products and not “off the shelf” items, we are not in a position to accept returns based on the nature of the product, as we are unable to re-sell them.

Cancel A Transaction
You may cancel your order if it has not already gone into production. A cancellation fee of $39 will be charged to cover administration costs.
