I have never seen your actual magnets. How do I know they are high quality?

 

Our method of manufacturing and the materials we use says it all. We recommend that you get a free sample before you buy. If there is a time constraint where you can’t wait for a free sample, then you can take our word for it as a Better Business Bureau member.

 

 

How long will it take before I receive my magnets?

 

Normal production time is 4 business days (large orders may take longer). We offer 1, 2 and 3 business day, rush production options. Please note that 4 day regular production time is not guaranteed as it may be delayed during busy times or by rush orders that take priority. Rush production time is however guaranteed.

 

Shipping time varies according to destination. Regular shipping is via UPS ground from Florida. We also offer expedited shipping options (please note that it is cheaper to opt for a rush in production than it is to expedite shipping).

 

 

Can I order less than 125 magnets or any quantities in between the price breaks?

 

Our minimum order quantity is 125 magnets. You can order any quantity in between the price breaks, for example a quantity of 600 will be charged at the 500 price break quantity.

 

 

Do you charge for artwork and setup?

 

NO! Artwork and setup are FREE with your order. Please note that free artwork includes a reasonable, half hour of design time. In rare situations where complex artwork exceeds this time, a small artwork fee is charged per half hour. Before we commence with artwork, customers are notified if additional artwork is required.

 

 

Do you charge for proofs?

 

NO! Email proofs are FREE with your order. We do however offer an actual magnet proof via regular mail for a small charge.

 

 

Do you charge extra for more colors?

 

NO! We use a full color printing process. From one color to full color, the price is the same.

How do I get my artwork to you?

How will I see a proof?

 

You will receive an Adobe Acrobat PDF file via email. We also offer an actual magnet proof via regular mail for a small charge.

 

 

How long will it take before I receive a proof?

 

You will receive an email proof within 24 hours (may be slightly delayed during busy times, weekends or holidays). An actual magnet proof takes 1 day to manufacture (may be slightly delayed during busy times, weekends or holidays) and is sent via regular mail.

 

 

When do I pay for my magnets?

 

After you have approved your artwork and before your order goes into production, payment is required in full.

 

 

How do I pay for my orders?

 

After you have approved your artwork, we will call you (or you may call us if you wish) for your payment information. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, business checks, cashiers checks and money orders.

 

 

How are my magnets shipped?

 

Your magnets are shipped via UPS ground from Florida. We also offer expedited shipping options.
