Our customers are individuals and each design is unique. We wouldn't want your competition having Business Magnets that look exactly like yours either. As a result we don't offer pre-designed layouts. Tell us what you would like and we'll "tailor make" your Magnets to your requirements.

If you are submitting your own artwork, please follow the artwork specifications below to avoid any delays in proofing time. If you don't understand the artwork specifications, send us what you have, we'll have a look at it and see if it's workable. We'll work closely with you to make sure that you are 100% happy with your artwork.

Artwork Specifications

The following computer file formats are preferred in order of preference:

Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
Adobe PostScript (.eps)
Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
Microsoft Word (.doc)
Microsoft Publisher (.pub)
Microsoft Powerpoint (.ppt)
Windows Metafile (.wmf)
Enhanced Metafile (.emf)
Bitmap/Raster Images (.jpg, .bmp, .tif, .gif, .png)

If your file type is not listed above, send it and we'll try to use it anyway.

Bitmap/Raster images must be at a resolution of 300 dpi at the required size. Images off the web are unacceptable as they are at 72 dpi. This obviously does not include downloaded images.

Convert all text to outlines.

Use CMYK color mode (we do not use RGB mode or spot colors).

Embed all images.

Do not merge or flatten layers. Keep layers seperated.

Do not rasterize vector images.

We do not recommend using borders in your artwork. If the cut line is slightly shifted in the manufacturing process, the artwork may appear slightly off centre.
