Whichever shape and size magnet you choose, you can use your own artwork design or let one of our professional designers create a FREE, unique design just for you. We find that our customers don’t want a design that looks like someone elses and as a result, we don’t offer pre-designed layouts. Each design we create is totally different from the other. Whether we use your design, our design, or both, we’ll work closely with you until you are 100% satisfied with the result. If you are using your own artwork, please follow the instructions on our artwork requirements page to avoid possible delays in proofing time. Please note that artwork is free with your order and includes a reasonable, half hour of design time. In rare situations where complex artwork exceeds this time, a small artwork fee is charged per half hour. Before we commence with artwork, customers are notified if additional artwork is required.
